Plusnet cashbcak

I am waiting for my £75 cashback. I clicked on the email link on the 18th November, so 30 days was yesterday but still no cheque?
Why cant they just credit the amount to my account!!  .
How can I check it has been sent?

You can't check. As per the other thread many have not received their cashback.
Open a ticket with PlusNet and ask where it is.

It appears that there may be a bit of a delay in the Christmas post - most people appear to be receiving theirs 3-4 days later than normal.

Another £75 cheque not received.
Joined PN on 10/11/14 and responded to the email on 18/11/14.  If I click on the email now it tells me that it has already been redeemed and I will receive the cheque shortly.  When?
By my count over 30 days have passed.

Hi All
I totally understand the frustration surrounding this.
There has been a delay in processing these but don't panic. We're working on having them sent out as quick as we can.
You should expect to receive your cashback cheques within the next week or two.

The next week or two? I am still waiting for the email and I was activated on 7th December! Now answer that? Will I now just receive a cheque without an email first?
