I renewed my plusnet contract on 3/2/20 for £38.98 pcm, months before my contract ended, it was renewed at a discount on fibre extra. However I'm being billed for £52, the set price for being out of contract and I doubt my internet speed has increased at all.
Can someone help me please? I can't get through on the phone lines.
