@Hamiltoncolin0 As your broadband account is paid in advance, renewing now at the offer price would mean the new price would take effect from your next bill date.
That 'starts from 06/04 message is a little deceptive.
I'm only going on my experience when I renewed in March, btw.

I assume same applies to line rental saver? When is best to purchase that so you get the full 12 months?

Line Rental Saver is a separate contract, and you should receive an email notification two months in advance about that.
The LRS renewal kicks in as soon as the old one finishes, so you can still get the 12 months, even if you 'pay' it in advance.

It's not clear as you pay 1 months in advance and I don't want to mess anything up

If I follow your reasoning, if you renew your BB contract at the offer price now, it will take effect from your May invoice.
As I said LRS is a separate contract - see what it says if you try to renew it now.

The payment will go through, but not 'activate' until your current 12 months expires, as I have said.

To try and make it easy for me, because at the moment I'm confused, please answer the following questions:-
(1) when does your current broadband contract finish?
(2) Do you, or do you not, currently have LRS?
(3) What is the new contract length?

(2) Do you, or do you not, currently have LRS? No not active. Due to previous issues I could not purchase it so instead credit was applied but standard LRS being charged
(3) What is the new contract length? 18 months
My last bill was 3 April which covers up to 02 May.

(1) Is the new offer considerably better than your current?
(2) When did you start the LRS/credit system you have in operation?
(3) OK - so whenever you take LRS, it will need renewing out of synch with your BB package.

Well the lrs I don't have it's just credit so if I purchased lrs my bills going forward will just be for bb making the credit last longer.
If purchased lrs is the start date the date purchased or the next bill it is on
It's still quite confusing how pricing 2ill work
