Plusnet Web Dashboard Error

Hi,

I've had this issue for some time and wondered if anyone else has seen this issue?

On the home screen I see this error:

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

Would be good if this is something not on my side as I've tried clearing browser cache etc.

Awesome. The initial order to transfer your services to us was still showing as partially open on our systems which was preventing any further changes from being made, so I closed the order off.
