Plusnet Reward Card

Still seething from my phone call last Sunday 30.07.2023 when I was told that by not having any reply it was considered that my email was unimportant by a very abrupt Plusnet operative.

I wasn't even asked my account username or the obligatory security questions.

I know I failed to activate my £75.00 reward card in time (we all make mistakes). But a question was opened.

I've been in touch with Purecard (as advised by yourselves) and they've said its up to you (Plusnet) to send a new card if you wish to still reward a loyal customer. Purecard understand the reward on the card is valid until 02/24. So where does this money go?

It's amazing that when you call to discuss a contract renewal then you get the politest of responses.
