Hi
Is it possible that 'every' time one has to get a refund from PlusNet, the usual 'up to 20 days' apply and rarely get refunds 'within' 20 days?
One has to email, message etc. all over the place - 'wasting' days for something that should have been 'automated' ... because ... IT IS ALREADY automated!
It is called Direct Debit + a BILLION pounds Company should have 'automated' payment 'after a swift verification!
Are we all stupid? Do you wish us to 'forget' about our refunds?
Even if there is no refund, remember email exists!
They are very swift in 'taking' your money.
I work blooming hard for it and even £. 1 counts!
Get a move on and fix this dreadful way of treating your customers

Thanks for getting in touch @pnPhorum I'm sorry to see you feel this way.
I can see your final bill is still awaiting to be generated by the system. As advised this should generate within 20 days from your cancellation date. If we owe you any money we'll refund this to your bank through an active direct debit but if that's cancelled we'll send a cheque. Either way you should receive the refund within 14 days after the bill's generated.
Similarly if you owe us any money we'll email you to let you know so you can call us to make the payment.

Can you clarify the last sentence which says if any money is owed to PN a email is sent and payment can be made over the phone.
Does this mean payments can be made over the phone using a debit or credit card ?
Sorry if I have misunderstood something here but posts from others indicates payments to PN cannot be made that way ?

Still waiting for refund and D/D is NOT closed - I 'sincerely' hope PlusNet does not charge me instead!

Still waiting and NO DM replied too - usual idiotic and irresponsible silence.
Abandoned ... this is why I migrated 'away' two Fibre+Phone accounts and a mobile phone, last mobile going too.
Rather than pay ~15-20 within 'reasonable' times, PlusNet prefers losing over 1,000 per year!
This is how PlusNet is managed these days.

23 days have passed, no email no refunds - nothing = abandoned.
D/D is still open and I sincerely hope NO money is taken!
