@Gandalf

In a similar position, customer since 2014 and never had a Plusnet router - would it be possible to receive one?

Many thanks!

Re: FTTP Plusnet Provided Router

Fix

Hi @cheetah

Whilst I'm happy to arrange to send you a Plusnet router (I've raised this ticket onto your account with more detail about that), are you having any issues with the router you're currently using?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: FTTP Plusnet Provided Router

@Gandalf great thanks very much.
No problems with Plusnet BB but issues with wi-fi range, i'm using an old Tp-link router I'm hoping technology has moved on a bit since I bought that one and it will fix the range issues!

Thanks again,

Re: FTTP Plusnet Provided Router

Hopefully you’re on fibre and will be sent a Hub One. If you’re sent a Hub Zero you may be disappointed as the wireless performance of these is dire.
