Plusnet Protect Problems (McAfee).

This is the 3rd month for me to get the message "Your subscription has expired". "McAfee is no longer protecting you against the latest threats".

I feel helpless because it is happening every month and phoning Plusnet Support is not solving the problem.

Apologies for the issues you're experiencing with Plusnet Protect and for the lack of response on this thread. I've had a look into this with one of my colleagues and there seems to be an issue on our side.

We think we've fixed this for you and we've raised a ticket onto your account here with the next steps for you to take to resolve this. I hope this helps and please let us know how you get on.

Thanks.  I have reinstalled as instructed and I hope this will be the last time that I have to do it.

The problem seems to be fixed for this month. I have not had the dreaded message  "Your subscription has expired". "McAfee is no longer protecting you against the latest threats".

Plusnet raised a question 164053202 for this problem and I cannot find a way to close it.

It's already closed. It was created as a closed ticket initially.
