Plusnet Protect Problems (McAfee) 2

I was looking at the posts and seen the same problem I have been having.in post:-

This is the 3rd time it has happened to me as in that post. It happened on 1st July, 23rd July and now 23rd August.

The latest Support Team Question opened is 193433069 on my account. I am hoping this is the last time I will have ot go through the reinstalls..

Not sure it has been resolved, thought it was resolved two times previously. Will find out next month if it has been resolved, after I reinstall Plusnet Protect.
