Plusnet Pro on Market 3

Can anyone confirm the cost of upgrading to Pro from PAYG. on a Market 3 Exchange.
Does the monthly charge stay at £16.49 after the first three months?
The current Main plusnet residential page seems to say this, but another page is somewhat ambiguous
Thanks, Mike (edgeways).

Yes, that's correct. There's no one-off cost to upgrade by the way.
Where's the ambiguous page? lets get that sorted Smiley

Re: Plusnet Pro on Market 3

Thanks, Adam, for your prompt reply and for clarifying the matter for me.
This is the page that lead me to be unsure :
4. How much is Broadband in each area?
Residential product prices include VAT.
Product Exchange Category Cost for first 3 months Cost after 3 months
Plusnet Value Market 1 & 2 £6.49 £12.99
Market 3 £6.49 £6.49
Price Beat
£6.49 £10.79
Plusnet Extra Market 1 & 2 £11.49 £17.99
Market 3 £11.49 £11.49
Price Beat
£11.49 £15.79
Plusnet Pro Market 1 & 2 £16.49 £22.99
Market 3 £16.49 £16.49*
Price Beat
£16.49 £20.79
* Existing Plusnet Pro customers:
• In Market 3 areas- will have their subscription price reduced from £19.99 to £16.49 per month.
• In Market 1/2 areas - will continue to pay £19.99 per month.
What I found confusing was the asterix refering to " existing Plusnet Pro Customers " I was not sure how this would affect new upgrades.
Thanks, kind regards , Mike (edgeways) PS. I have ordered the upgrade.

Re: Plusnet Pro on Market 3

Hi, Pierre_Pierre
This is the page in question :
http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/products/low_cost_areas.shtml
It seems that it would not have been confusing if the " asterix " had refered to "existing Plusnet Customers " and not " existing Plusnet Pro Customers "
Regards , dazed and confused as ever, Mike (edgeways)

Re: Plusnet Pro on Market 3

Price Beat prices are for exchanges (obviously not Market 3 ones) where without this they could be "Beat on Price". The sign up journey knows which they are, and offers the appropriate price, but as far as I know there isn't a publicly available list.

I still don't understand this page https://portal.plus.net/apps/price/compare/ - odd the page has just changed I didn't need to put a postcode in before

Re: Plusnet Pro on Market 3

Previously I didn't get the bit where you put in the post code I got a full listing of the details of the various offers and that was what I didn't understand but since I can't get to it now it is immaterial
Also what are the prices after 3 months for new Plusnet Pro customers in market 3

Re: Plusnet Pro on Market 3

I don't know the reason why we've added a postcode checked, one would guess to give you the relevant market area pricing. Pro is £16.49 per month on a market 3 exchange too.

Re: Plusnet Pro on Market 3

Adam,
If you look at the image in this post http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,93289.msg781705.html#msg781705 it has an asterisk against Plusnet Pro after three months which links to "Existing Plusnet Pro customers" at the bottom
