Plusnet Pro Addon Question

Out of interest, If I added Plusnet Pro to my account, would ALL gaming traffic be prioritised automatically, or does a particular game still need to be added to the database before that happens?

Adding the pro add-on to your account will ensure that your traffic is prioritised and even if the game is not defined then the traffic will normally be picked up automatically as gaming traffic and therefore prioritised too.  If you have issues with any particular game/a new game then you can raise a support ticket for the game to be added to the system.

I have raised a ticket, re prioritisation for The Old Republic, which launches tomorrow. Also discussed http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,100870.0.html
Hoping that it can get added to the list quickly, but no response on the ticket yet, apart from it being passed to another team.
Was just wondering if adding the Pro option would solve the problem temporarily in case it takes weeks for it to be added to the list.

We've got a code freeze on over the Christmas holidays, so we won't be making any changes until January now I'm afraid. If it isn't performing correctly the Pro add on will certainly help if you're seeing issues.
