Plusnet Cock-up but then force me to pay to recconect line

Okay, so i pay my money and new account is set-up back in september and PN send me the router and after 10 days i plug it in and it works. Unbeknown to me Plusnets systems did not talk to each other and hence my broadband was never offically started. I didnt know this until the line was cut off nearly two months later on Sat night 21/11, presumably by the last service provider of my flat which was talktalk (previous residents had talktalk, i wouldnt touch em with a bargepole). So I phone support today who admit it was PN's fault that their systems did not talk to each other, buit still insist I pay £50 to get line recconected. Seems totally outragous behaviour frankly, especially as I have been with PN for over 20 years and have referred many people to their product.
When I find out how to make an official complaint I will certainly do so unless someone can reverse this outrageous descision.
