I have taken a look over your account and at our offers at the time of you signing up online. Unfortunately we did not have a cashback offer on the Fibre product at this time.

 

We were offering cashback for the standard ADSL broadband during this period, I am very sorry the confusion and for the inconvenience. If you signed up to us using a third party cashback site please let us know the site and we can check that for you.
