This has been well documented in the media, but Plusnet switched over to a new billing system in September 2019 that has caused a lot of customers to either not receive a bill at all (me!) or receive incorrect bills.
We’re approaching the year anniversary of their new system and the issues are not resolved.
For me, I’ve not had a bill for over a year now and, chasing this with Plusnet recently, Plusnet have said that a small number of customers are affected.
Plusnet support say that they will not be backdating the bills more than 3 months when the issues are finally resolved.
So it looks like I may be getting at least 9 months of free broadband. Has anyone else been affected?
