I have still not had any response from Plusnet, except to close my tickets listed in my earlier post.

Another month, another bill (February 7th) With credit left over from my incorrectly applied LSR payment, no referral discount and £18.99 line rental charged.

 

You seem to have done nothing to put this right.

I want my line rental saver payment correctly applied, backdated to December 6 when it should have started.

I want my referrals discounts applied correctly from November.

This is an unmitigated farce.

How do I go about raiding a formal complaint about this with Ofcom?

I'm really sorry that this is still ongoing.

 

I totally understand that you wish to raise a complaint to the regulatory bodies, however, prior to doing this the complaint itself must be taken through ADR and our internal complaint procedure. Our complaints process can be found here

 

Looking on your account, it appears the ticket was closed due to inactivity rather than closed by our self as resolved - if you wish we can re-open the complaint ticket?

We have reopened the ticket on the account and this has been remarked as a complaint as well. In relation to the issues you are facing, as mentioned on the ticket we don't currently have any further updates however we are actively working on resolving this as quickly as we can.

Ofcom do not deal with individual complaints, but they are actively monitoring reports to build case(s) for potential industry action.

Please could you confirm what you think the problem is that you are attempting to resolve?
