I'm really sorry for the lack of communication there has been surrounding your cashback. We're currently experiencing an issue with our reporting system which sends these cashback signups to our 3rd party system. Due to this, there is a slight delay with customers receiving the email to claim their reward. The relevant department are currently working on resolving this and the email should be with you shortly.
