Plusnet £75 cash back Offer

Hi there

I signed up to Plusnet broadband via the website back in August, but still haven't received the cashback offer. I spoke to a representative via phone at the start of September regarding the broken billing system, and he said then that the cashback would be with me via post shortly - but still nothing.

Can I get an update on this?
