I signed up to Plusnet on 18/12/18 and service was activated on 04/01/19 but no sign of my cashback yet, it said that I should receive the £75 cheque within 30 days of the service being actived..
Plusnet - please could you look into this for me, I have live chatted twice in the last few days but that wasn’t much help.

From what I can see your account has tracked through a Quidco offer.
I'd recommend contacting them regarding your cashback as they'd be responsible for providing you with this.

Unfortunately your account has still tracked on a Quidco offer, if you're unaware of this then it's likely there was a cookie from Quidco on the device at the time of signing up. Do you or anyone who may have ever used the device you used to sign up have an account with them?

As your account has tracked on a Quidco offer and that's showing it on your Quidco account, it's likely tracker on the current deal they were offering at that time. Unfortunately this would ultimately have been due to a cookie issue on the device you were using when signing up through MoneySavingExpert, we'd recommend clearing cookies and cache and making sure no other tabs or windows are open while going through the sales journey.

It's very off putting from the view point of someone looking to buy one of your fibre and line rental packages.
Can you not just give me £75.00 off the contract and I'll pay the whole lot up front?
I am a Plusnet Mobile customer also.
