Plusnet £192/year broadband & line rent with £100 cashback - NON EXISTENT

I signed up to a deal through moneysavingexpert for the above, date of installation was 13th March 2015.
I also took the measure of using the plusnet online chat system where the customer service rep also confirmed the £100 cashback offer was valid for me before I committed to sign up.
Clearly this is an issue for plusnet as it seems to be a regular occurrence judging by the number of similar issues account holders are having.
To date I have neither received any email for the cashback nor the cashback itself and I was promised this within 60days of installation.
