At the end of July, I spent almost an hour on the phone to PlusNet, mainly on hold and then being sent between various different departments, asking for my account to be closed on 8 August 2018.
It is now 22 August 2018 and still my account has not been closed. I am told that they are about to bill me yet again for internet that I am not using.
I have contacted PlusNet twice on a ticket on my account, asking for the account to be closed, but both of these are being ignored.
It is terrible that PlusNet make it so difficult to leave them, but then ignore the requests to leave they receive in any event. I am now trying here to see if I can get any response.
