Thanks Adam. I think that you understand my sensitivity to the claim that I owe PlusNet monet which they are unable to collect from my DD Account of record.
It is an unfortunate fact that this sort of error frequently results in a black mark put on the customer's credir rating so it is important to correct the error before the systems run amok.
Please could you close the Ticket. I does not give me the option to close it.
