Re: PlusNet billing errors exposed in Daily Mail

I've had billing issues since I renewed in November/December

December Bill wrong

January Bill wrong - Refunded overcharge

February Bill wrong - Refunded overcharge since beginning

March Bill never generated, was told by CS that it will be sorted, but no timescale at the moment I said that I don't want a fat bill landing in my inbox in 8-10 months time.  CS told me that they can't bill me more than 90 days, no matter how long it takes to get fixed.

I've had no issues with plusnet over the years, but it is a bit of a farce at the moment

Re: PlusNet billing errors exposed in Daily Mail

The thing I find most ridiculous is that when they were fined £880,000 in 2017 for overcharging customers, their spokeswoman said:

"We would also like to reassure all customers this was an isolated historic issue and we have implemented a number of new robust measures to make sure this doesn’t happen again."
