PlusNet Unlimited referrals

Dear All,
Is anyone else having problems with referrals for PlusNet unlimited broadband?
I have two, one of which was setup when the value was 75p per referral, and a more recent one at the new referral amount of 50p.
These both show as 0p in the referrals value.
Phil in Support applied a credit to my account for 3 months (3 X 75p) but this period has now finished and the problem doesn't seem to have been resolved as my referrals amount is £1.25p short this month.
I have opened a ticket,  #77626647.

What date did the referral value for 'Unlimited' drop from 75p to 50p ?

Hi Rob, I'm not sure, but I referred a friend earlier in the year and this was still 75p for Unlimited. Now I see it's only Unlimited Fibre which is 75p, so another friend I referred recently is only 50p.
