My contract with PlusNet has been live for a while now, and yet I have not recieved any information regarding the reward card that was part of the contract. I check my junk mail regularly, and I've tried emailing "plusnet@purecard.com" (as per FAQs) with no response for over 2 weeks. The advice on the board seems to vary post to post regarding this topic.
Is someone able to look into this/help me?
