PlusNet Member Centre Blank

Hi everyone. When I login to my account on the Member Centre it's blank, it does not matter what icon I press (billing, add on's etc) I just get a blank page (see attached image), I have tried different Browsers, Mobile Phones, iPad and my work PC, exactly the same results.. I phoned up and spoke to support who raised a ticket, but I can not access it as the screen is blank, I have tried to phone again but keep being told that "Call waiting times are in excess of 30minutes". Anyone else had the same problem?Huh

What is  IMT-2619). and how do I view it?

Hi there, an "IMT" is an incident report, it's a reference for notes relating to a problem investigation so it's only something we'd be able to view. 

 

I'll do my best to get any updates we can share added to this thread as soon as we have them.

It'll be an internal defect ID that only PlusNet can view.

I imagine they've posted that so staff can check this thread for reference.

Seems like the American 5th Amendment to me. I'm sure whatever they don't want us to see would be useful for us in case of escalating disputes.
