I've got the call charge refunded for you now, which you'll see in your bank within the next 5 to 10 working days.

If you've got a few mins, please could you follow the steps in my colleague's post Here to report this to Openreach to try to prevent this type of behaviour from happening in future.

Thanks for taking time to contact ourselves in regards to the issues with the engineer dialling 123.

First of all I would like to apologise for the behaviour of the engineer this is not acceptable at all and I will be feeding this back to the engineers manager.

The engineers should not be dialling 123 as they have got test numbers they can call to test the line which are not chargeable to you,

Once again please accept my apologises in this matter.
