Thanks very much for taking the time to fix this but it should not be up to the customers to chase promised rewards. The system is broken and something needs done so customers don't feel as if they are given the runaround. Loyalty of customers and recommendations keep the business going. Do you think somebody is going to recommend your broadband if this keeps happening? Again. Thanks for sorting this.

I’ve just purchased Broadband 11 days ago and haven’t heard anything about the reward card.

Any ideas ?

@Downward Thank you for taking the time to contact us on our Community Forum, I hope you are well.

 

I have looked into this and I can confirm that the criteria has not been met yet in order for the card to be sent out, the account and services must be fully activated for 10 days in order for the claiming link to be sent out.

 

I have also sent you an email from the account with the details of when to expect the claiming email to be received, in the meantime I want to reassure you that the offer is applied to the account.
