Pleased to be Leaving!

Another call today - with 20 min wait - to get MAC - to be subjected to more reasons again why I shouldn't leave, and then to be told "No need to be rude" when I insisted that ALL I wanted was my MAC.
Now so very glad to be leaving.
Bye Bye plusnet.

Re: Pleased to be Leaving!

"You will receive your MAC key within 1 working day and it will be attached to this ticket. The MAC Key is only valid for 30 days and you do not make use of the MAC key, the account will remain open and billing will continue.
Alternatively, we would hate to see you go so below is what we could offer you if you decided to stay with us :
Plusnet Unlimited broadband service: £9.99 for 24 months then £16.99 thereafter
Line rental: £14.99 per month / £125.88 annually
Plusnet Talk Anytime Call plan: £4.50 per month
If you wish to take advantage of our Line rental saver option, the amount £125.88 would be taken by card. This equates to just £10.49 per month!
If you would like to accept the deal above, please contact us."

  WELL, WELL, WELL !!!
