Please refund me for loss of service.

During February I lost all phone and internet for a number of days.

Again, in March, at the beginning of lockdown I lost all service for about 2 weeks.

I was told when it was sorted to expect a call and I could arrange for a refund for lost service but no attempt was made to contact me or confirm that everything was fixed

During this outage my wife, who is deaf and relies on email for most of her communication, lost her father.

It was impossible for her to contact family during this time causing her great distress. Promised updates failed to be made and despite having no internet whatsoever we later found out that updates had been emailed to us. Pure genius!

Could I now please have refunds arranged for the loss of service we experienced.

Could I also ask that a refund of postage for my new router is also arranged as I have now cancelled my fibre upgrade.
