Please look at ticket #75582709

Opened the best part of four working days ago - and so far the only response has been an apology for the delay. Which seeing as the whole ticket is about getting the order moving as quickly as I was promised because I'm on a deadline - is a bit counter prodcutive.

Sorry about the confusion surrounding this but I'm gad to say we have a broadband order in progress for you which is due to complete on the 17th.

Thanks - but there was a second part about ordering the phone transfer immediately rather than waiting until the BB goes active - again, as I was promised during the order process.

OK - a week after I raised the ticket I get the message:
Quote
I can confirm that your order has now been placed. This will be up and running within the next couple of days. Once your broadband goes live your telephone line will follow 10 working days after.

So all it has achieved is to take a week to tell me exactly the same as the origial email said  - which is what the ticket was about in the first place.
Too late now to make any improvement (Phone order has now been placed). Not a particularly brilliant experience for my first ticket after returning to Plus.

No problem Adam - thanks for your help anyway.
If things go according to plan, the line will still be taken over before risk of cancellation by BE.
