Please let me leave plusnet

This is so hard, I want to leave, I changed from plusnet to three, I tried contacting the chat but they keep closing the chat . I just want to leave this company please. (I made the swap with PAC code but plusnet still charges me). I tried talking in the live chat but they wont let me leave the company. I dont want to pay, i'm paying already to three.

Someone help me, I am desperate. Now I cant see how can I leave. Please I just want to leave.

Hello @ramako I do apologise for difficulties you are having arranging your mobile account to be ceased.

Have you spoken to our mobile cancellation team?

If you wish to cancel your mobile service you can dial 500 from their Plusnet mobile or 0800 079 1133 on any phone.

They will be able to arrange our services to be ceased and your account to be closed. If you have already spoken with them, can you please send me a Private Message with the following details:-

- Your full name

- Your mobile number

- Your full home address, including your postcode

I am having the same problem - Plusnet To Three as well. Just been billed again!

I’ve phoned and live chatted and it still isn’t resolved...
