Please, close my account

Hi,

 

I'm trying to reach you by phone but an electronic message says you're unable to take it...who knows why?

I'd like to have my account closed as soon as possible as I moved elsewhere.

 

Could you please let me know how to proceed (of course, not by phone)?

@dfarocunha If you moved to another provider who uses the BT network, this should happen automatically, as they will inform Plusnet that they have taken over your business. You should receive a final bill/credit within (I think) 4/6 weeks after they complete the move.

Thanks John, but I want to close my account as the place I moved in has already a broadband/tv/phone provider.

How shall proceed?

Ah, that puts a different picture up, Daniel.

I have asked that this thread be moved to the correct board - hopefully the PN staffers on there will pick it up.

You should really have arranged all this with PN before your move, it might end up a bit messy doing it this way.
