Hi,

 

I moved broadband providers on the 18th but have heard nothing from Plusnet about the termination or a final bill.

 

Can you help?

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear we've not closed your account when you moved to another provider.

I've raised this to our billing team to work out your final bill. They'll contact you shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
