It's still appearing as an addon on my account, so it doesn't appear that it has been cancelled.

I can assure you that I've checked again, and can see that the BT Sport component has been fully removed, and is no longer a chargeable component on the account.

This is still appearing as an addon on my account and is carrying on to the next month. I can't get through on the phones, why are you blatantly lieing to me! Taking screenshots of these interactions, but this isn't good enough. I'm asking to cancel my BT sport addon because I can't afford it and yet I'm getting told by a member of "staff" that it's all sorted, while it just continues on and rolls on to the next month. I've been with plusnet for 9 years, but it looks like that isn't long enough not to get lied too twice.

I'm sorry to see you feel that way. From what I can see we have cancelled your BT Sport App subscription and it's neither showing on your account this end nor in the billing system.
Can you wait until your next bill generates and let us know if it's still showing then?

You've charged me for bt sport AGAIN. It is now 5 weeks and 3 replies since I asked to cancel BT sport (each insisting that it had been cancelled) and yet I keep getting charged for it! Ridiculous.

Really sorry for the confusion here. I've now cancelled your BT Sport App and I've refunded what you've paid us for this since the 27th May. I can't change the amount we'll take from your bank next week but I've accounted for this in the refund you should receive before or shortly after we take the payment.
