Please cancel my BT Sport App Subscription

Hi,

I currently pay £10 a month for BT sport through Plusnet Broadband, please could you cancel it with immediate effect?

Thanks for reaching out, I've sent you an email as we're unable to do this without passing our security checks. you can alternatively manage your add-ons via your online Member Centre.

@adam945 I didn't think it was possible to cancel BT sport via the add-ons in the Member Centre ! Has something changed recently ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Looking at mine, BT Sports is showing on the TV tab, and it looks like I could probably cancel that from there (though I've not tried to do anything with it!), but the BT Sports App isn't showing on there or the Add-Ons tab, so I'd suspect it still can't be done from there
