Please answer question 181654333

I recently renegotiated my contract whereby I received an offer of "Unlimited Fibre" for £5.00 per month & I cancelled my "call anytime" plan. I was also offered 1 month FOC for my recent poor service

 

I've now received the above question which completely changes these terms & obviously I'm not happy. 2 days ago I replied to the question but have received no reply.

 

Could someone please sort this out ASAP?

Thank you for getting in touch.

 

I apologise that your recent response to ticket 181654333 has not been responded to and that you had to chase this up.

The message that you are querying was sent to let you know that general account maintenance was carried out and that there has been no changes made to your subscription price.

 

As it stands I can see that your call plan was successfully removed and that the Broadband discount, along with the goodwill gesture have been successfully added to your account and will now reflect on future invoices.

Thanks very much for your prompt response. I think that I now understand but I do find that your billing is somewhat confusing!
