In January I received payment reminder emails from you after updating my credit card details. For some reason the update to my account didn't "take".
I have now received another couple of emails from you on the same subject. I had to replace my credit card after the Robert Dyson hack and updated my billing details for the new card @29.04.2020. The update to my billing details doesn't seem to have "taken" this time either. Now the problem is your system seems to be stopping me accessing my account to attempt updating my billing details again. Even using the the link for payment in the emails gets a "www.plus.net refused to connect". Bizarrely, I can connect to the forum though!
