Please Close My Account

Could my broadband account please be closed. I moved from the house on June 14th.

you can't close your account via the forums you need to either ring the customer options team or write to PN.

Very happy to write to PN.

Just have a problem getting my account details as the webpages do not seem to render and also, I cannot find an address to send to.

 

Once I have this I will send the letter.

As mentioned we are unfortunately unable to process this through the Community forum however contacting our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and advising that you have moved property, they can arrange this for you. They are available between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 19:00 Saturday and 09:00 - 18:00 Sundays.

 

If you are still experiencing issues getting into your online account please follow the steps below and let us know how you get on:

- Firstly try clearing the cookies and cache for your web browser
- Try using an alternative web browser and see if this resolves the problem
- Try using a different device to access the site and see if this resolves the issue.
