Phone order in progress on account

Hi

 

I can't make any changes to my account as the screen says there is a phone order in progress. There isn't. I see from the thread that others have had this issue too.

 

Please can someone remove this from my account so I can look into renewing my broadband.

Hi there. Thank you for your message. I have sent this through to my colleague to remove any pending stuck changes/orders - this should then enable you to make changes. Chris - Leeds.
