We’d tried to resolve this with support at the time but left it in the end as it wasn’t affecting anything… Until now at contract renewal time as it is blocking us seeing the options and renewing. I can see from similar threads that Plusnet have been able to resolve this for others, could someone at Plusnet take a look please?

Give PN support a call - they should be able to investigate/resolve the issue.

I would suggest CS on 0330 123 9123 would be a better option - I seem to recall COTS are for customer options, not general support.

The OP was speaking about not being able to see renewal offers hence the pointer to COTS.

But COTS can't 'unblock'/remedy the 'stuck order' issue, which needs sorting.
