Phone not listed in services provided by Plusnet

I notice that my phone is not listed in my Plusnet services and that my Plusnet Anytime International 300 is listed as unconfigured in the status column. Can someone let me know why my phone is not listed - Is this because it has not been transferred yet? and exactly what unconfigured means.
