Phone line billing problem

Wonder if a mod can look at my phone line setup which was transferred to Plusnet on the 23rd. 
Haven't had a reply to the ticket yet but i might just be a bit impatient.  Ticket no is 46411239.
I was supposed to put on line rental with evening/weekend calls for £11.99, but ive been put on something called Talk Mobile for £12.99 on top of the line rental, which i cant find any mention of on the Plusnet website (old call tariff maybe?).
If i view my products, it shows-
Extra £11.49
Talk Mobile (Monthly Contract) £12.99
Line rental £11.99

Just to note - Moderators are not staff and do no have access to any details of the customer's account.
Having said all that I am sure a member of staff (the ones with the Plusnet logo under their name) will be along soon

Hi there,
I've raised a task to one of our developers to get this changed for you, that'll happen this afternoon. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to stop the current payment going through, but as soon as it's all done we'll get it refunded for you.
