Phone Bill doesn't match overall Bill

For the billing period 9-Aug to 8-Sep the Home Phone Control Panel shows a bill with a Call total of £9.04.

For the same period, the new bill shows Additional Calls of £13.61.

Why the discrepancy?

Your new bill reflects all the call charges that have been incurred during this period. To check these charges you can scroll down on your bill and it show you a list of who you called, when, time of call and how much was charged. I have raised feedback on the home phone control for you.
