I'm afraid that there is little more information I can provide on this, due to our DPO and Cyber Security team confirming that there was no leak in regarding to information held by our self. Should we have found otherwise, we would have of course made you aware of this and taken responsibility for the situation.
I really would advise running your email address through the above linked website as it can be surprising where these leaks come from.
Please let me know if you would like us to reopen this complaint, I will make your Case Handler aware should you decide to do this.
