Permanent Overdue Billing Alert , though it is never is over due?

Dear Support
I have a permanent overdue alert when I log in, which causes a few issues trying to negotiate around your site
The payment is never overdue of course, and comes out every month automatically.
Please have a look and remove it, its been there for months
Also Outlook is refusing to send my emails and they sit in the outbox,, again
why does this happen ? I have not made any changes?

I have raised the issue with the overdue message to the relevant team to resolve for you, though please allow up to Monday for this to be resolved.
With regards to your emails, can you please advise if the same issue is presented if you log in to your mail via webmail.plus.net ?
