Payments still being taken after cancellation?!

I cancelled my service at the end of may 17 (moving out of the property) but a payment of £13.49 has been taken from my bank account on both the 23rd of june and 25th July? Also my address is still listed as the old address on my account page.

I am very sorry to hear that. I've just issued you the necessary refunds now which should make it back to your bank or building society through your direct debit instruction within 14 days.

 

I've also closed your account now with immediate effect.

My contract with Plusnet was cancelled (via Vodafone) a few weeks ago when they unilaterally increased their charges. A payment of £10.00 was taken from my bank account on 21.6.2017, and a credit of £9.59 was paid to me on 13.6.2017. £25.49 was paid by DD on 19.5.2017.

My router will not connect to the internet and my phone was disconnected on 23.5.2017.

I am now being asked to re-activate my bank DD and have been threatened with a collection agency. How can I get this sorted out and a refund of the mysterious £10?

Sorry if this means I'm the bearer of bad news but there is a final payment due on the account, this has been detailed on ticket 155240585.

I recommend giving us a quick call on 0800 432 0200 about that.
