Payment

Hello I have an outstanding balance on my Plusnet account and I'm unable to pay it at this moment in time but also I'm unable to make calls to speak to someone and I can't seem to find any live chat option

Is there any way of someone being able to contact me so I can discuss my options on my bill thank you.

@Hutchy2021 Is there a reason why you can't call in? If it is personal, sorry for the question, but unfortunately, the only options for contacting PN are phone, Twitter ,  Facebook or this forum -but this is not an 'official' channel.

Yes I've had some financial difficulties lately so my phone has been cut off so I'm unable to make outgoing calls unfortunately.

No my phone is with 02 but they cut off my outgoing calls texts and data, I'm using my broadband but I have 9 days to arrange payment otherwise my services will be restricted completely.

Unfortunate - if you did, you would be able to call PN - on a Freephone number (0800 4320200)

I'm in a bit of a pickle as you are probably aware now. Do you have any quick suggestions or should I try contacting Plusnet through social media?

Unless there's a family member or neighbour you can borrow / use a phone as it's a freephone number?

Im in a simular situation but when i log into my account and click the i can not make payment yet and when i click  to remove restrictions it just dosent do anything or it says a techical error has happened please hellp?
