where can I find the customer number? and what is the account number to be able to resume derDIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT?

I deleted my DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT as I can activate?

I deleted my DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT as I can activate,and what is your bank details (account number and sort code) to be able to resume?!
Unfortunately, I no longer have the e-mail address that I had when concluding the contract with you, so I do not have access to my bills broadband.

That doesn't really help I'm afraid. Please send me a PM with your account details so I can try and figure out what you're after.

We don't provide any banking account information on our end. If you're looking to set up a new method of payment, you'll need to do so via your account.
