I recently lost my job and I will not be receiving benefits for at least the next 6 weeks. I have been trying to get through to the helpline on 0800 432 0200 over the past 2 weeks and have either been on hold for an average of 25minutes or told that my call cannot be answered and to go online.
I now have a missed payment on my account and cannot pay this until my benefits come through at the end of April 2020. I can find nothing on Plusnet online to help and Plusnet chat is offline.
I need my phone and broadband and do not want to be under restrictions in 14 days, what can I do? I cannot change my payment date as I have a late payment.
