I was calling up to set up a payment plan on account due to the Covid19 outbreak I was unable to pay for this month. I called up twice. First time I was told that plusnet would need so form of payment to set one up. Then I called again to set one up the advisor said that they couldn't due to a payment plan already being set up. The last time I had a payment plan in was roughly June 2019. I didn't want to call up again since they wouldn't be many advisors in due to the virus so I am hoping if anyone can help on here.
